About The Event
This meditation course is held over four consecutive days, 90 minutes a day, where you will be initiated as a meditator and learn the mechanics of this effortless technique. We'll breakdown the do's and don'ts of the daily meditation practice, discuss stress and meditation's effects in dissolving stress in the physiology, and how to fit meditation into your schedule in an easy and fool-proof way.
- Thursday, April 4th: Private one-hour appointments
- Friday, April 5th: 10am or 7pm
- Saturday, April 6th: 10am
- Sunday, April 7th: 10am
*Make up sessions are also possible
