WHAT IS VEDIC MEDITATION?
Vedic Meditation is an effortless mental process. We sit comfortably in a chair, close our eyes, and use a mantra to trigger deep rest in the mind and body. Through this process, we awaken to the full potential of the mind and a fully restored physiology.
Learning this process of letting go and surrender allows our body to enter a state of rest and repair. Without trying, stress just naturally falls away, and what remains is a baseline of bliss and happiness that you know you've always deserved.
The power of Vedic Meditation lies in its simplicity. Unlike other forms of meditation, which require focus, concentration, yogi-like flexibility, and lots of time, Vedic Meditation is natural, quick and effective. It was crafted specifically for busy people with busy lives.

*We teach Vedic Meditation and were trained to teach this form of meditation by Thom Knoles, who continues to teach Vedic Meditation. Thom was trained as a teacher of Transcendental Meditation (“TM”) by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi (“Maharishi”), and taught it for over 25 years with organizations affiliated with Maharishi. Since 1997, Thom has continued to teach meditation as he learned it from Maharishi, and has done so independently and separately from the TM organizations. Vedic Meditation is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or treatment. The form of meditation that Thom Knoles taught for over 25 years with the TM organizations as “Transcendental Meditation,” has been the subject of hundreds of scientific studies showing a wide range of benefits from regular practice. These studies, which refer to this form of meditation using the name “Transcendental Meditation” or “TM”, support the benefits obtainable from regular practice of Vedic Meditation, which are referenced above.
HOW DO I LEARN?
STEP 1: ATTEND AN INTRO TALK
Want to learn more about Vedic Meditation and get to know the teachers better? Come to this free introductory talk where we'll give an overview and benefits of this practice, and tell you more about us.
STEP 2: ATTEND 4-DAY COURSE
Vedic Meditation is taught over 4 consecutive days, each session lasting 60-90 minutes. You will receive a mantra, and we will show you how to meditate in an effortless and natural way to yield maximum results. We will also discuss the mechanics of meditation, why we do what we do, and how to structure your home practice to fit meditation into your daily routine. Attendance for each of the days is mandatory, as the knowledge builds upon itself as the course progresses.
STEP 3: FOLLOW-UP AND COMMUNITY
To ensure your meditation career is successful for years to come, you enjoy a lifetime of in-person support and guidance, remote phone or video chat follow ups, access to regular group meditations and other community events. You will also have access to all group meditations and courses offered by the network of 130+ Vedic Meditation teachers across the world.
